POLYECO S.A.

POLYECO S.A. was founded in 2001 by the Environmental Protection Engineering SA and comprises the sole, fully licensed industry in Greece, providing waste management and valorization services, with facilities in Attica, Thessaloniki and the Balkans.

POLYECO S.A. is specialized in the following sectors: planning, management and environmentally safe final disposal of waste. Valorization of hazardous and non hazardous industrial waste, through conversion into: secondary fuel, raw materials for industrial use, commercial byproducts. Transportation of waste to fully authorized facilities in the EU for final disposal. Production of additional materials for the cement industry. Recycling alkaline and saline batteries.

The offered service is completed with the provision of a competent legal certification for the legal administration of waste, suitable to use before any Local, National and EU Authorities.

Up until today, POLYECO has managed more than 150.000.000 kilos of industrial waste. These wastes were used and led to the Cement industry, where they replaced –at a rate up to 90%- natural resources and raw fuels, so as to catalytically help protect the environment by saving natural resources and reduce of CO2 emissions.
